Responsible for sales operations

(of IT devices, tools, and software)

and customer support, providing after-sales services, and offering detailed information about devices and how well they meet customer needs, showcasing various features, and negotiating regarding business agreements with clients

Job Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying the appropriate product.

• Sorting different materials during the production stages and ensuring the cleanliness of the work area.
• Distributing materials to designated areas according to their characteristics such as size, type, and condition.
• Unloading sorted material containers and reloading materials into the appropriate production lines.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Loading and unloading containers of manufactured products and disposing of waste according to health policies.

• High school diploma.
• Experience in handling equipment.
• Advanced skills in health and safety.
• Proficiency in the Arabic language.

• Two-year diploma after high school in office management.

• Ability to use email management software.

• Preparing patients for examination or treatment and preparing tools for the doctor.
• Sterilizing medical instruments and recording patients' temperature and pulse as required.
• Changing bed linens and assisting patients with bathing and putting on and taking off their clothes.
• Serving food to patients at specific times and helping those who cannot eat independently.
• Administering prescribed medications by the doctor at the appropriate times.

• Main tasks:
  • Follow up on the procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of required materials.
  • Distribute tasks and duties among maintenance team members.
  • Assess the training needs of the maintenance team.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation procedures.
  • Classify, organize, document, and archive results and work reports.

• Qualifications: Certification from a technical institute is preferred.
• Work Experience: 35 years in HVAC and refrigeration systems maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Knowledge: Strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of energy-saving practices, and proficiency in HVAC systems.
• Competencies: Problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and risk management abilities.
• Technical Skills: Mechanic and electronic repair, customer service, and teamwork.
• Attitude: Positive, creative, reliable, and empathetic.
