We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team for our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy lifting equipment with precision and safety, ensuring all lifts are executed smoothly and in strict accordance with site safety standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials.
  • Inspection & Maintenance: Perform daily pre-operational and post-operational inspections of the equipment. Immediately report any defects, damages, or maintenance requirements.
  • Coordination: Communicate effectively with riggers and signalmen using standard hand signals or two-way radios to ensure accurate load placement.
  • Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies. Identify potential hazards before commencing any lifting operation.
  • Load Management: Accurately assess load weights and ensure they never exceed the crane's Safe Working Load (SWL).

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Crane Operator in the construction or oil & gas sector.
  • Valid Heavy Equipment Driving License / Operator Certification.
  • Thorough understanding and ability to read load charts.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard hand signaling.
  • Strong commitment to punctuality, discipline, and workplace safety.
