Being an inventory controller at Sidhab means that you will be responsible for monitoring all raw materials and supplies for the café. You will be an essential part in ensuring that supplies are available in the correct quantities and minimizing waste.
Main Tasks:
  • Monitor daily inventory levels and update records continuously.
  • Receive materials and supplies and ensure they match invoices and specifications.
  • Conduct periodic and monthly inventory counts and report to management.
  • Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers in collaboration with management.
  • Organize and store materials in a way that ensures easy access and avoids damage.
  • Follow up on expiration dates, especially for food and beverages.
  • Reduce waste and loss by analyzing daily usage.

  • Documenting all inventory transactions both manually and electronically in line with the company's document management policy.

  • Verifying the actual inventory against the quantities available in the system.
