The objective of the job:
Implementing all purchasing operations related to projects and the company's needs for materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery with the best quality and price to support the workflow in engineering and contracting projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Executing daily purchasing operations for construction materials, equipment, and technical services associated with projects
  • Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best prices and payment terms
  • Preparing price quotation requests, analyzing them, and providing appropriate recommendations
  • Ensuring that suppliers comply with the required technical specifications and timelines
  • Coordinating with technical and engineering departments to determine project needs
  • Reviewing contracts and invoices and ensuring they match the agreed-upon terms
  • Following up with relevant parties to ensure materials are delivered on time
  • Adhering to the company's approved purchasing policies and procedures
  • Maintaining an accurate database of approved suppliers and assessing their performance periodically

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in the purchasing field, preferably in the contracting or engineering consulting sector
  • Good knowledge of construction materials and technical specifications
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze offers
  • Familiarity with electronic purchasing systems and project management software
  • A valid driver's license (if the job requires field mobility)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and precise Sales and Implementation Specialist to join our team in the exhibitions and conferences sector. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, and project execution to ensure the success of event organization, meeting customer expectations and company standards.

Main Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities in exhibitions and conferences and related events, engage with them, and develop them.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and customized solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and final products, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Provide on-site support during exhibitions and conferences as needed.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for continuous improvement of offerings.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, execution plans, and project status.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and/or project management in the exhibitions, conferences, and events sector.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

The ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a focus on customer service.
