Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team in a hybrid capacity, based in the Riyadh Region with flexibility for some remote work. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup that is reshaping how beauty businesses operate across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

The Sales Consultant will play a key role in driving Bazz's growth by identifying potential clients, building meaningful relationships, and guiding them through the full sales journey — from initial engagement to finalized onboarding. You will deliver customized consultations that speak directly to each client's business challenges, ensuring their goals are met through the right Bazz solutions. Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with internal teams, and providing actionable feedback to refine our go-to-market strategies are also integral parts of this role.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Prospect and engage salon owners, spa managers, and beauty business operators across the region
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and in-person meetings tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and smooth client handover
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, tracking activity and forecasting accurately
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Work with the product and onboarding teams to ensure client feedback shapes continuous improvement
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to Bazz's regional expansion

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and client-facing roles, with a track record of driving customer growth and delivering business solutions
  • Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills to maintain and nurture lasting client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Arabic and English, with the confidence to clearly articulate solutions and foster client trust
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-person client meetings and remote responsibilities effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Additional experience in startups, entrepreneurship, or SaaS sales is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Main Responsibilities
  • Researching and selecting suppliers: Continuously exploring new suppliers and evaluating them based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
