We are looking for a talented Arabic-speaking Technical Business Analyst to assist in various business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collecting and documenting business requirements, process flows, and use cases using FRDs/BRDs templates.
Creating, maintaining, and version-controlling project artifacts and standard templates.
Analyzing datasets to identify trends and insights using tools like Excel and SQL.
Mapping current and future processes, proposing efficiency improvements.
Assisting in the development of test plans, test cases, and participating in UAT.
Developing user guides and training materials while delivering training sessions for new systems.
Serving as a liaison between business users, SMEs, IT developers, and QA teams.
Suggesting improvements in workflows and identifying risks for mitigation strategies.
