Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming clients and assisting them in choosing the right vehicle for their needs.

2. Explaining rental terms and conditions to clients clearly and ensuring they understand before signing the contract.

3. Preparing and organizing rental contracts and ensuring the accuracy of required data and documents (driver’s license, ID, credit card).

4. Delivering vehicles to clients after ensuring they are clean and checked for the safety of equipment and accessories.

5. Receiving cars upon return and inspecting them to ensure there are no damages or violations, documenting this in the system.

6. Following up on reservations via phone or email and confirming them on time.

7. Keeping accurate records of contracts, payments, and daily reservations.

8. Handling customer complaints and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

9. Achieving the monthly sales targets set by the company management.

10. Adhering to safety and security policies and maintaining the company’s assets (vehicles, equipment, documents).  
    

    Required Qualifications and Experiences:

    • Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Experience: At least one year of experience in the rental or customer service field (preferably in car rental companies).

    • Skills:

      • Excellent communication skills and professional customer service.

      • Proficiency in using computer systems and rental software.

      • Ability to negotiate and persuade.

      • Good knowledge of traffic procedures and rental-related regulations.

• Greeting Guests: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
• Managing Reservations: Handle reservations efficiently while communicating with relevant departments.
• Seating Arrangements: Organize seating to accommodate guests and manage waitlists during peak times.
• Communication Hub: Act as a link between guests, servers, and kitchen staff for seamless service.
• Menu Familiarity: Be knowledgeable of the menu to assist guests with their selections.
• Upselling and Promotion: Promote special menu offerings and enhance the dining experience.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Oversee cleanliness in the waiting areas.
• Customer Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with guests and seek their feedback.

• 13 years of experience in a hospitality role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with reservation management software is a plus.

• Manage reservations and walk-in guests using our booking system.
• Maintain an organized flow of seating and table turns in collaboration with floor staff.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and managers.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with poise and efficiency.
• Maintain host stand appearance to reflect the brand’s upbeat, polished image.
• Stay calm and effective in high-volume service periods.
• Uphold Little Krazy’s high service standards while maintaining a friendly tone.

• Must be located in Riyadh.
• Minimum 23 years’ experience as a hostess in F&B or hospitality.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident body language.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence.
• Experience in high-volume restaurants is a plus.
