Purchasing Manager (Field and Administrative) - Specialization in Fruits and Juices
We are searching at Kyan Food Industries for a dynamic and practical Purchasing Manager, who has a passion for both field and administrative work. 📌 Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Direct field work: Going to markets and suppliers to purchase and secure the company’s needs directly when necessary.
* Managing suppliers and price quotations: Continuously searching for new suppliers, bringing in price offers, and comparing them to ensure the best quality at the lowest cost.
* Professional negotiation: Effectively negotiating with wholesalers, farmers, and equipment suppliers to build strategic relationships and obtain the best commercial terms.
* Planning and execution: Implementing all purchasing processes in line with the company’s plans and approved budget.
* General purchases: Taking responsibility for purchasing and providing any other requirements or needs requested by the company’s management (whether operational, administrative, or otherwise).
🎯 Required Qualifications:
* Technical experience: Previous and sufficient experience in the fruits, juices, and their requirements market (knowledge of seasons, quality, storage methods, and prices).
* Technical skills: Proficiency in dealing with technology efficiently (using computers, Office programs, procurement systems and ERP resource planning, and email).
* Flexibility and practicality: Full readiness to perform manual and field tasks personally and not just rely on office work.
* Personal skills: High ability to communicate, negotiate, and solve problems with flexibility and speed.
* Other requirements: A valid driver’s license and excellent knowledge of local suppliers and markets.
