Roles & Responsibilities:- Effectively manage a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets and forecasts.
- Prepare clear, concise, and professional proposals for existing customers while conducting prospection to acquire new clients.
- Respond to RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs (Request for Proposal).
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
- Represent Trimble at relevant trade shows.
- Acquire new clients and expand existing customers’ usage of solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:- A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in software, cloud, or SAAS markets, particularly in the EPC and AEC industries.
- Proven experience in driving new business within both new and existing customers.
- A solid understanding of the Middle East market through hands-on experience and relationships with diverse industry stakeholders.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Capable of effectively interacting with decision-makers at all levels.
- Advanced selling skills with a focus on strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and closing.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce.
