  • إعداد المذكرات الدورية المتعلقة بأعمال الوحدات التنظيمية الداخلية.
  • إجراء المراسلات الاعتيادية مع الجهات الخارجية.
  • حضور الاجتماعات وتسجيل محاضر الاجتماعات وتحريرها.
  • حفظ الوثائق والملفات المتعلقة بأعمال المدير/الرئيس.
  • إعداد وتقديم تقارير العمل وتوثيقها وحفظها.

الخبرة المطلوبة: سنتين من الخبرة.
المؤهلات: البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، نظم المعلومات الإدارية، أو السكرتارية التنفيذية.
المهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارة عالية في تصنيف الوثائق.
  • إتقان الكتابة اليدوية وتفسيرها.
  • إجادة حزمة برامج التحرير وإعداد التقارير.
  • مهارات متقدمة في تقديم التقارير.

اللغة: إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بمستوى متوسط.
