Job Title: Operation and Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
Al-Aqtar Company is looking for an Operation and Maintenance Supervisor to join its professional team. You will be responsible for preparing the work plan and schedule, following up on procedures to identify the type and nature of maintenance, distributing tasks among the team, designing training needs for the maintenance team, and preparing the preventive maintenance program.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on procedures to identify the type and nature of maintenance and estimate the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
  • Distribute tasks and duties among maintenance team members according to their capabilities and monitor and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and assess their achievements.
  • Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills or recommend their enrollment in specialized training programs.
  • Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation procedures.
  • Classify, arrange, document, and archive results and work reports.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or above with experience in supervising operation and maintenance projects.

Skills:
The ability to maintain machines, use maintenance planning systems, supervise, provide technical guidance, train, prepare reports and forecasts, monitor performance, perform preventive maintenance for devices, and document effectively.

Work: Six workdays a week
