Job Purpose
The Office Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and providing high-level support to the General Manager in a luxury hospitality environment. Job Responsibilities
  • Executive Support: Act as the primary point of contact between the GM and stakeholders. Manage GM’s schedule and prepare reports and correspondence.

  • Guest Relations: Assist with VIP requests and maintain hotel’s luxury service standards.
