Wateer Real Estate Development Company is looking to attract a PMO Operations Manager Engineer with high competence and solid experience in managing project operations within a professional real estate development environment, to contribute to the development of qualitative and sustainable projects.

✅ Tasks and Responsibilities:

🛠️ Leading PMO Operations:

• Supervising the daily operations of the PMO.

• Developing and updating frameworks, tools, and methodologies for project management.

📊 Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Preparing project performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) and submitting them to senior management.

• Monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Providing analyses and reports to support decision-making.

📁 Preparing Terms of Reference and Dealing with Stakeholders:

• Preparing terms of reference and contract awards for relevant parties.

• Auditing transactions with engineering offices, contractors, and others.

🔧 Coordination and Technical Support:

• Providing technical and consultancy support throughout all stages of the project.

• Contributing to solving technical and execution challenges.

✅ Ensuring Governance and Compliance:

• Ensuring project adherence to governance and institutional standards.

• Implementing quality control, risk management, and change management systems.

🚀 Continuous Development and Improvement:

• Building the capabilities of the workforce through training and skill development.

• Proposing improvements to operations in line with best practices.

• Supporting and following up on project implementation and ensuring compliance with plans and budgets.

🎓 Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Architectural, or equivalent).

• Experience of 10 to 15 years in project management, including at least two years in PMO Operations management.

• Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent.

• Advanced familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

• High skills in leadership, analysis, and problem-solving.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
