Job Title: Cashier
Department: Sales / Customer Service
Direct Supervisor: Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers politely and greeting them with a smile.

• Accurately recording orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Issuing invoices and collecting payments in cash or via cards.

• Ensuring cash amounts match the reports at the end of the shift.

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Applying restaurant policies and procedures accurately.

• Preparing daily revenue reports and delivering them to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma as a minimum.

• Previous experience in cashier or customer service (preferably in restaurants).

• Proficient in using Point of Sale systems.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and during peak times.

• Proper appearance and discipline in attendance and departure.
