About the Role:
A leading regional FMCG business is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to take full ownership of one of its largest strategic accounts. The role is based in Riyadh and focuses entirely on managing and developing relationships with globally recognized foodservice clients across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fully own and manage the commercial relationship with major regional foodservice accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, representing the company in all commercial and operational matters.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to elevate the partnership across key foodservice markets.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and quality to ensure service excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership, including the Commercial Director and the CEO, to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Monitor account performance against KPIs; identify and address risks and growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting on account health, sales volumes, and relationship development.

Key Ingredients:
  • Proven success managing large strategic accounts in the food manufacturing or foodservice sector.
  • Experience in working with major accounts in the foodservice sector is preferred.
