Position: Modernization Sales EngineerWe are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Modernization Sales Engineer. In this role, you will proactively manage customer relationships, identify opportunities with current and new customers, and close deals effectively to maximize KONE’s order book and profitability.
Your Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any complaints with the support of the KONE team.
- Sales: Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets, ensuring the quality and safety of the service provided.
Are You the Right Fit?We require a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and familiarity with the Elevators, HVAC, Construction, and Engineering Equipment industries. You should possess the ability to interpret customer needs, a passion for sales, strong Arabic and English communication skills, and a futuristic approach towards new technologies and digitalization.
