About the Role:
As a Senior Parts & Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maximizing Parts & Service sales within your assigned territory through professional accounts management, technical expertise, and building strong, long-term customer relationships based on trust and value.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Achieve Parts & Service sales targets and grow aftermarket revenue.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Perform various equipment inspections to the required standard (CTS, SOS, TA, etc.) and provide customers with cost-effective solutions to their day-to-day maintenance problems.
  • Efficiently manage the parts sales and service for the assigned territory by updating customer data, equipment population, market activity, and lost sales.
  • Identify and report sales opportunities across all company divisions.
  • Conduct regular customer site visits, prepare call reports, and follow up on identified Parts and Service opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Actively promote Company Parts & Service programs, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize customer engagement and aftermarket revenue.
  • Maintain a professional image and the highest level of integrity.

Qualifications, Skills & Aptitude:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product support/after sales role with CAT dealerships or a recognized heavy equipment dealership.
  • Basic Mechanical Engineering skills are required.
  • Proficiency in English language is essential.

In this exciting role, you will work at the intersection of sales and technology, translating client requirements into technically sound, commercially viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and developing business opportunities.
  • Understand customer technical and operational requirements and propose appropriate SES solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, BOQs, and pre-sales documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal engineering teams on solution architecture and compliance.
  • Support tendering processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and technical clarifications.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with SES standards, client expectations, and project scope.

Solutions Exposure:
  • Data Networks (Routing & Switching, GPON, Wireless, Firewalls, UPS)
  • Unified Communications and IP Telephony
  • Low Current & Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, BMS, AV, Fire Alarm, ELV)
  • ICT Infrastructure and System Integration projects

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in system integration or ICT.
  • Strong understanding of ICT / low current solutions and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience working with government or large enterprise clients is highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong proposal, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
