In this role, you will work on establishing appropriate recruitment policies and plans, as well as developing recruitment procedures and programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Study and analyze the current policy to determine recruitment methods and strategies.
- Develop recruitment procedures and programs and identify suitable and effective recruitment channels.
- Analyze candidate data and ensure the accuracy of the required information.
- Coordinate and implement the processes of receiving and evaluating applications and providing recommendations.
- Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports, present them, and store them in the database.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Educational English or Management Information Systems.
- Human Resource Management (HRM) certification (preferably PHRi).
- Advanced proficiency in the English language.
- Advanced skills in customer service, report preparation, and workforce planning.
