Revenue & Reservations Manager – مدير الإيرادات والحجوزات
General objective of the job:
Maximizing the revenues of the establishment (such as a hotel or tourism company) through effective management of room rates or services, analyzing market and demand data, along with managing reservations and ensuring excellent customer service.
✅ Tasks and Responsibilities:
First: Revenue Management

Analyzing market trends and competition to determine optimal pricing strategies.

Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.

Using revenue management tools (such as: OTA Insight, STR, RMS).

Developing strategies to improve occupancy ratios and revenue per available room (RevPAR).

Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to achieve financial goals.
Second: Reservations Management

Managing the booking system (PMS/CRS) and ensuring the accuracy of room/service availability.

Responding to customer inquiries and confirming reservations.

Coordinating with other departments (such as: reception, housekeeping).

Ensuring the accuracy of customer data entry and reservation prices.
Required Skills:

Experience in the hospitality sector (especially hotels).

Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making.

Knowledge of revenue and reservations management systems.

High communication skills and ability to manage a team.

Proficient in English (writing and speaking).
