Your Responsibilities:

• Work within the mechanical maintenance department to meet strict production, Environmental Health Safety (EHS), and quality requirements.
• Support EHS culture change and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Implement and document all preventive maintenance activities.
• Attend breakdowns, identify faults, and perform diagnosis and root cause analysis.
• Ensure a safe working environment by complying with safety objectives and standards.

• Saudi Nationality is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in industrial manufacturing.

About the Role:
As a Mechanical Technician based in Dammam, you will be responsible for delivering planned maintenance programs to ensure the reliable and safe operation of our assets. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical servicing activities and general equipment maintenance as per operating procedures.
• Conduct mechanical troubleshooting and fault diagnostics.
• Assist with site installation, commissioning, and decommissioning.
• Respond promptly to technical support requests for field equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to quality and budget standards.
• Follow Global Service Centre Standards and comply with health and safety policies.
• Perform other essential duties as needed for effective operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualifications/experience.
• 15 years of experience in the Mechanical field, particularly with diesel/gas generators.
• Effective troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical drawings.
• Valid local Driving License.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to conduct technical and manual work in various weather conditions.
