We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, developing sales strategies, tracking market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue goals.

• Design visuals for social media, presentations, and brochures.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.
• Follow and help evolve our brand guidelines.

• Bachelor/Diploma degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• A strong creative portfolio is required.

• Stay up to date with social media best practices.

• Experience in creating and editing engaging content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Skills in video creation, video editing, and content strategy.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in marketing or digital marketing is a plus.

• Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and meet sales objectives.
• Manage and optimize our social media platforms by creating engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to maintain consistency in marketing messages across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to improve results.
• Generate innovative marketing ideas to enhance customer engagement and attract new clients.

• Create short-form video content (Instagram Reels).
• Produce high-quality photos that reflect a luxurious spa experience.
• Demonstrate creativity and consistency in maintaining brand aesthetics.

• Shoot and edit short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for client brands.
• Design engaging social media posts (static, carousel, story, ad creatives).
• Add captions, branding, and graphics to videos and posts.
• Align content with client brand styles and ELEVN Media’s premium standards.
• Deliver content on time and optimized for social platforms.

• Strong skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Ability to shoot high-quality video content (using phone or camera).
• Knowledge of TikTok/Instagram trends and editing styles.
• Creativity and ability to generate fresh ideas for client campaigns.
• Based in Riyadh for on-site shooting when needed.

•  Building relationships with top clients, maintaining them, identifying and meeting their needs, offering them applicable proposals and providing appropriate responses.
•  Determining the client's budget and suggesting the property that suits them.
• Resolving client issues and supporting them during the selling phase.
•  Tracking the sales process steps and monitoring the procedures until the deal is completed.
•  Arranging real estate transactions such as sales and rentals, and assisting clients in obtaining suitable properties.

·       4 hours a day

·       5 days a week in person from (Sunday - Wednesday) - remotely (Thursday)

Achieving the monthly sales target

- Welcoming all customers directly upon their entry into the showroom

- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the appropriate product

- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to solve all their issues and escalating the matter to the direct manager if a solution cannot be found

- Dealing with exchange and return requests for all customers according to the procedures in place at the time and following the instructions related to reserving goods

- Providing high-level customer service through professional treatment of the customer, listening to them, giving them proper attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, text messages, mail, and all available channels, and keeping the customer updated on all new goods and services

- Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace

- Maintaining an appropriate appearance and adhering to the complete official dress code

- Following the administration's instructions regarding labor laws that have been circulated previously, such as (instructions related to working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, and so on)

• Welcoming customers in the showroom and providing a detailed explanation of furniture products and services.
• Providing comprehensive interior design consultations to help clients choose the suitable furniture for their needs and tastes.
• Offering suitable solutions to clients and following up on the sales process until its completion.
• Achieving the specified monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Preparing periodic reports on sales and customer traffic within the showroom.

• Diploma in Interior Design.
• Accredited certificates or training courses in the field of interior design.
• No experience required (recent graduates).
• Good knowledge of the fundamentals of interior design and color coordination.
• The ability to use interior design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
