We are a Saudi brand specialized in luxury socks and accessories. We launched from Riyadh in 2024. We focus on high quality and modern design to provide elegant products that suit fine taste, and we are about to start our operations by the end of 2025.
We are looking for a part-time remote freelancer to join our team, taking on customer service tasks and communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and others in a personal and friendly manner.
•Tracking new orders on the Salla/Zid/Amazon/Noon platforms with limited permissions.
•Ensuring shipment of orders and coordinating with the shipping company or warehouse when necessary.
•Following up on incomplete orders and communicating with customers with reminder messages such as: "You forgot your cart."
•Offering simple incentive offers when needed to encourage order completion.
•Communicating with customers after the sale until the order is delivered or returned if necessary.
Requirements:
•Previous experience in customer service or communication via social media.
•Strong communication skills and a polite, friendly manner.
•Commitment to accurately tracking orders and coordinating with relevant parties.
•The ability to work remotely with flexibility and professionalism.
•Commitment to working 34 hours per day intermittently, with presence 3 days a week for task follow-up or as needed by agreement.
📌 Nature of the contract: Freelance for a period of 3 months, renewable.
