We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team for residential projects, ensuring a seamless sales experience from reservation to final documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, direct visits, digital media, and CRM systems.
  • Qualify clients and match their needs with available projects.
  • Provide detailed explanations about projects, pricing, payment plans, and mortgage options.
  • Supervise booking, documentation, and compliance with approved sales procedures.
  • Coordinate directly with financing entities to facilitate mortgage processes for clients.
  • Offer post-sale support and coordinate with the homeowners association to ensure a complete residential experience.
  • Prepare periodic reports for management on sales performance, market status, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure all data is accurately updated in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at real estate exhibitions and promotional events as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the sales of apartments and residential units.
  • Practical experience with the Wafi platform and homeowners association requirements.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with clients and financing entities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • A thorough understanding of real estate regulations in the Kingdom, especially off-plan sales and housing regulations.
