We are looking for a highly experienced maintenance supervisor for all types of air conditioning systems (split, window, concealed, central, VRF). He will be responsible for supervising maintenance teams and ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently.

Tasks:

• Daily supervision of maintenance work and ensuring quality performance.

• Diagnosing complex faults and providing appropriate technical solutions.

• Organizing and scheduling preventive and periodic maintenance for all air conditioning systems.

• Guiding and training technicians as needed.

• Submitting periodic reports to management on the progress of work and technical issues.
