About the Role:
As an Inventory Controller at our hospital, you will play a critical role in managing the inventory and property of all hospital resources. You will work closely with the department head to ensure that all resources are effectively monitored and maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the inventory and property of all hospital resources.
• Receive new hospital resources.
• Register the main data of the resources in the inventory database and put a tag and security sticker on each resource.
• Report to the department head for any problems or requested materials.
• Demonstrate proper knowledge and implementation of the hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in all quality improvement activities within the department.
• Comply with laws and regulations governing the privacy and confidentiality of data and information.
• Show compliance to standards of ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

• Degree in business administration or a related field.
• Special training in inventory management, supply chain, and logistics.
• Minimum two years of experience in inventory management.
• Healthcare experience is a must.

Skills:

• Proficient in MS Office and back-office software (*, ERP).
• Familiarity with SAP or ORACLE enterprise resource planning software.
