General Responsibilities:- Stay informed about all Em Sherif policies and procedures.
- Regularly update on the pastry menu and attend daily briefings.
- Maintain a positive relationship with colleagues and uphold grooming standards.
Daily Operations:- Check the production schedule to determine the variety and quantity of goods to bake.
- Create and prepare desserts following the menu guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Decorate desserts and manage the preparation of plate desserts.
- Implement efficient kitchen processes and ensure adherence to recipe standards.
- Monitor kitchen waste and suggest improvements.
Procurement:- Assist in inventory control and the requisition process for pastry goods.
