About the Role
Pfizer is seeking a motivated Health Representative, Vaccines to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time, on-premise role is crucial for driving Pfizer brand growth within the allocated territory by enhancing customer experience and providing promotional content. The Health Representative will be instrumental in maximizing brand performance through tailored promotional activities designed to meet the needs of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
The mission of the Health Representative is to effectively communicate promotional science-based brand messages and to foster a positive customer experience. This role acts as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless and compliant connections to Pfizer's subject matter experts and resources. The representative will also onboard customers to Pfizer's operating model and digital platforms, such as the Digital Engagement Portal, orchestrating an ideal customer experience through the selection of relevant content based on a deep understanding of customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage HCPs with promotional science-based brand messages where products can support patient needs.
- Provide a broader range of content, including disease state information.
- Serve as a key point of contact for compliant, reactive connections to Pfizer SMEs and resources.
- Onboard customers to the operating model and digital platforms, such as the Digital Engagement Portal.
- Orchestrate an ideal customer experience by selecting relevant content based on customer preferences.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in a multinational organization.
- Good business knowledge and customer acumen.
- Effective selling and presentation skills through virtual and face-to-face interactions.
- Digital learning agility.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team and as a team player.
- Sound understanding of compliance and integrity principles.
- Good command of the English language, including speaking, writing, listening, and pronunciation.
- Proven record of sales achievement.
- Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas, promoted products, and competitors.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
