We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Relations Manager to manage our company's public image and reputation in Riyadh. This is a full-time position exclusively for Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance the company's image and reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Organize and coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other media events.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports for senior management.
• Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communications when necessary.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Manage the company's social media presence and engage with followers.
• Plan and execute public relations campaigns to promote new products or services.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and influencers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify potential PR opportunities.
• Manage the PR budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of PR principles and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful PR campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is preferred.
• Saudi national with a valid residence permit.

As the Senior PR & Communications Manager at Golf Saudi, you will play a crucial role in managing PR & communications activities, ensuring that projects are executed with high quality while coordinating with stakeholders for timely reporting. You will be integral to expanding Golf Saudi's PR network and enhancing its reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
• Develop PR strategies, including key messaging and media relations plans aligned with Golf Saudi’s objectives.
• Support outreach programs to promote golf awareness among diverse demographics.
• Organize press conferences and manage media relations.
• Monitor public perception and address misinformation to protect Golf Saudi’s reputation.
• Coordinate internal communication initiatives with Human Capital.
• Develop reports on media coverage and industry trends to refine PR strategies.
• Maintain PR calendars and engage proactively with key media stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 6 years of experience in public relations, communications, or media relations.
• Proven experience in managing projects and stakeholders.
• Technical skills in media relations, messaging, and crisis communications.
• Strong soft skills including people management, communication, and problem-solving.
