Job Role
We are looking for female call center employees to handle all customer calls via phone only. Tasks include receiving reservations, entering them into the system, and guiding guests through check-in and check-out procedures — without any direct contact with guests.
Main Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
* Handle reservations: create, update, and cancel bookings in the reservation system.
* Provide guests with details about room types, rates, availability, and hotel policies.
* Guide guests through the self-check-in process and send instructions when needed.
* Follow up with guests at departure time to ensure a smooth checkout process.
* Coordinate remotely with operations teams to update room status or special requests.
* Solve simple issues over the phone or escalate to a supervisor when necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, reservations, and customer data.
* Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
* Knowledge of computer basics and ability to use reservation systems.
* Polite phone manner and professional demeanor.
* Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.
