This role is integral to ensuring the successful execution of architectural works on site, contributing to projects that enhance the urban landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of architectural works and finishing activities on site.
  • Review architectural drawings for compliance with approved designs and project specifications.
  • Review and approve Shop Drawings and Material Submittals from contractors.
  • Coordinate with Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical engineering teams for integrated project execution.
  • Resolve technical issues related to architecture and finishes during the construction phase.
  • Attend coordination meetings with consultants and contractors to facilitate project progress.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in architectural engineering.
  • A degree in Architecture Engineering Technology or a closely related discipline.
  • Possession of a valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex architectural and construction drawings.
  • Proven coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
  • Ability to effectively solve architectural and finishing issues encountered on site.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Experience in residential projects, including villa compounds or large housing developments.
