Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Opening files for new clients.
• Accurate input and updating of client information.
• Informing the physician's coordinator/nurse of the client's arrival.
• Providing assistance with reception-related tasks as needed.
• Listening attentively to client complaints and suggestions and reporting them to the patient relations officer.

Job Requirements:

• Recent graduate.
• Saudi nationality required.
