Key responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, managing office supplies, supporting basic clerical tasks, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and presentable at all times.

• Greet and meet visitors with courtesy, directing them to the relevant person or department.
• Support in-house members with general organizational tasks as required.
• Manage incoming telephonic conversations and respond swiftly to inquiries.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings for team members.
• Provide basic information about the company through various communication channels.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing as needed.

• This role requires variable working hours to match customer needs, with operating hours from 8 AM to 10 PM, Monday to Sunday.
• A work week will consist of a minimum of 40 hours, and schedules will be provided 12 weeks in advance. Be prepared for changes every 14 weeks and potentially working on national holidays.
