IT Manager is required for an institution working in the field of security and smart systems

Job Responsibilities:

1- At the beginning of each month, target customers are identified.

2- Communication is made with relationship managers to schedule appointments for visits.

3- Three visits to target clients are made daily to present our services.

4- A brief daily report is prepared outlining the details of the visit.

5- Follow-up with clients to monitor their requirements and send them price offers.

6- A weekly report on successful, potential, and unachieved deals.

Working hours:

8 hours

Holidays:

Friday and Saturday

Employment Conditions:

1- Proficient in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

2- Negotiation and persuasion skills.

3- Proficient in using Microsoft programs like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

4- Politeness and good appearance.

5- Sense of responsibility and seriousness at work.

6- Experience of no less than 3 years.

• Perform detailed inspections, assembly, installation, repair, or replacement of aircraft components and systems.
• Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance or refurbishment of aircraft.
• Work as part of a team, executing maintenance, repair, and inspection tasks.
• Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials.
• Lead on-the-job training for junior aircraft technicians and personnel.

• Managing the purchasing and supply operations for the company projects.
• Searching for approved suppliers and negotiating prices and contracts.

• Comparing price offers and selecting the most suitable in terms of quality and cost.
• Coordinating with the project management and warehouses to ensure the availability of materials.
• Preparing periodic reports on purchases and costs.
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and purchasing procedures.

• At least two years of experience in the field of procurement, preferably in the contracting sector.
• High negotiation skills and supplier management.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
