Tasks and Responsibilities: - Receiving customers inside the exhibition and providing an upscale experience that reflects the identity of Aluminum Design. - Analyzing customer needs and providing specialized design consultations in aluminum systems (windows, doors, facades). - Suggesting innovative solutions that combine technical performance and architectural beauty. - Preparing designs and plans using engineering software (2D and 3D). - Explaining the technical advantages of products (insulation, quality, execution details) in a professional manner. - Accompanying the client through all decision-making stages until the sale is completed. - Coordinating with the factory and implementation team to ensure accuracy of application and quality of delivery. - Achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field. - Experience in architectural design, preferably in the field of aluminum or facades. - Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp or equivalent. - High communication and persuasion skills. - Architectural taste and the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor & Vendor Management: Manage multiple subcontractors, ensuring equipment and manpower are available to meet productivity goals.

  • Quality & Efficiency: Implement sound construction practices for quality control while minimizing costs.
  • HSE Champion: Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies focused on excavation safety and logistics.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Act as the primary contact for NEOM client representatives and authorities, ensuring smooth handovers.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 15+ years of field experience in large-scale infrastructure and wet utilities.
  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and multi-million dollar projects in a Giga-project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of industry practices and regulations for water and wastewater systems.
  • Exceptional English communication skills.

Desired Skills:
  • Chartered Engineer Status or equivalent registration.
  • Experience in remote or high-altitude construction.
  • Familiarity with BIM tools for construction management.
