الهدف الوظيفي
تنفيذ وإدارة عمليات التوظيف في قطاع التجزئة بكفاءة عالية، وضمان استقطاب أفضل الكفاءات التشغيلية والإدارية بما يدعم تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والتوسع التشغيلي للفروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • إدارة دورة التوظيف كاملة (من استلام الطلب حتى التعيين)
  • نشر الإعلانات الوظيفية عبر القنوات المناسبة (منصات التوظيف، وسائل التواصل)
  • إجراء المقابلات الهاتفية والشخصية وتقييم المرشحين
  • متابعة عروض العمل وإجراءات التعيين والالتحاق بالعمل (Onboarding)
  • بناء قاعدة بيانات مرشحين محدثة لاحتياجات التوظيف السريعة
  • متابعة مؤشرات الأداء الخاصة بالتوظيف (Time to Hire – Cost per Hire)
  • الالتزام بسياسات الموارد البشرية وأنظمة العمل المعتمدة في السعودية
  • دعم خطط التوسع وافتتاح الفروع الجديدة من خلال التوظيف السريع والفعال

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في التوظيف، ويفضّل في قطاع التجزئة أو التشغيل متعدد الفروع
  • معرفة جيدة بسوق العمل السعودي وأنظمة العمل
  • مهارات قوية في المقابلات والتواصل وبناء العلاقات
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق أهداف التوظيف الشهرية

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions for our construction operations in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with Saudi Labor Law, supports workforce planning for projects, drives Saudization initiatives, and builds a high-performance, compliant, and engaged workforce across sites and head office.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and project objectives. Act as a strategic partner to senior management on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent development. Lead and supervise HR team performance across head office and project sites.
  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, project, and corporate roles. Coordinate manpower planning for multiple construction projects and mobilization schedules. Oversee onboarding, employee orientation, and site mobilization processes.
  • Saudization & Government Compliance: Develop and implement Saudization (Nitaqat) strategies and targets. Manage relations with MHRSD, GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Absher, and other government platforms. Ensure timely renewal of visas, Iqamas, work permits, and employee records.
  • Employee Relations & Labor Law: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and contractual obligations. Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations. Advise management on legal risks and labor compliance matters.
  • Compensation, Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, WPS compliance, and employee benefits administration. Develop salary structures, allowances, and incentive schemes aligned with market benchmarks. Manage leave administration, EOSB calculations, and final settlements.
  • Performance Management & Development: Implement performance appraisal systems for staff and project employees. Identify training and development needs and coordinate internal and external training programs. Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Policies, Systems & Reporting: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate HR records, dashboards, and management reports. Drive HR digitalization and system improvements where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10–15 years of HR experience, with minimum 5–7 years in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Saudization requirements, and government systems.
  • Experience managing large, multi-national, site-based workforces.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
