Role Overview:You will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties as part of a dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include working on various functions such as personnel management, recruitment, and training.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide assistance.
- Maintain personnel records, ensuring compliance with employment requirements.
- Support the recruitment process, including greeting candidates and assisting in performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings and maintain the HR team’s agenda.
- Perform onboarding for new hires and update records accordingly.
- Generate reports on HR activities and support other assigned functions.
Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a relevant administrative position.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, databases, and HRIS systems.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality and strong time management skills.
- Preferred: CIPD certification and a degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
