Job Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of Saudi labor law, governance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in a multinational and matrix environment, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
