 Tasks and Responsibilities:

First: Sales

  • Searching for potential clients in the finishing and construction sector (Fit-Out, Interiors, FF&E).

  • Preparing and presenting technical and financial proposals to the client.

  • Following up with clients until deals are closed and sales objectives are achieved.

  • Visiting client sites and projects as needed.

  • Understanding the products and services offered by the company and clarifying their value to clients.

Second: Business Development

  • Registering the company with government agencies, major companies, and developers to obtain RFQs.

  • Market analysis and exploring new opportunities in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

  • Building a strong network of relationships with consultants, contractors, and project managers.

  • Attending exhibitions, events, and meetings to enhance the company's presence.

  • Preparing weekly reports for management on business progress and open opportunities.

Third: Internal Coordination

  • Coordinating with the estimation and pricing team to prepare BOQs and proposals.

  • Coordinating with the projects department to understand production capacity before submitting proposals.

  • Following up on contracts, client payments, and delivery requirements with the financial management.

    Required Skills:

    • 2–5 years of experience in the finishing or contracting field.

    • Strong knowledge in Fit-Out works, finishes, wood, flooring, gypsum, and electromechanical (basics).

    • High skills in presentation, persuasion, and negotiation.

    • The ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Possessing a car and a valid driver's license.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Marketing or related field.

    • Proficiency in English (an additional advantage).

Conduct regular and periodic field follow-ups for assigned clients. Convert and develop incoming opportunities from other sales channels. Provide customized technical offers and lighting solutions. Provide procurement with inventory recommendations for major projects. Analyze the market and competitors and provide insights. Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance and project status. Qualifications: A degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical specialties is preferred. Previous proven experience in the lighting sector and project sales or key account sales. A deep understanding of lighting products, solutions, and technologies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills. Knowledge of using systems (Odoo, ZOHO, etc.). Advanced level of English.
