• Handle payments and receive payments from customers, and process product exchange requests and returns according to the established policy.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• One year of practical experience.
• Advanced customer service and sales skills.
• Proficiency in the Arabic language, and proficiency in other languages such as English and French is considered an additional advantage.
