We are looking for a "Salesperson" to work in one of our branches.

The main responsibility is to assist customers in choosing glasses and eye care products, achieving sales goals, and ensuring a distinctive customer experience in the store.

Main tasks:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the right products.

• Achieving the sales goals set for the branch.

• Organizing and arranging products inside the store and maintaining the overall appearance.

Required qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

• Working days 6 days a week, 8 working hours including one hour break

• Flexibility to work with changing shifts (working one shift but it can be changed based on need)

• Receive and process payments from customers for new and trade-in vehicles, as well as for service and maintenance work.
• Ensure the safe custody of Vehicle Custody Certificates (VCC) and release Gate Passes for vehicles after account clearance.
• Process payments using various methods including petty cash, credit cards, and checks.
• Reconcile cash and credit card transactions at the end of each day, maintaining accurate records of all transactions and daily cash balances.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing and services offered.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures while maintaining a secure cash drawer.
• Assist the finance officer with bank and insurance coordination, serving as the main point of contact for both branches.
• Communicate with customers about payment status, receipts, and outstanding balances; manage complaints or issues related to financial transactions.
