One of our reputable clients in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join their team in Al Jubail Industrial City.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all customer-related activities from receiving inquiries to system entry, quotation preparation, and sales contract issuance.
  • Follow up on order status (suspensions, releases, payments, cancellations) and coordinate with Operations & Finance departments.
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups via calls, emails, and visits.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments for all due orders.
  • Handle monthly sales of zinc dross and non-prime materials, ensuring contractual supply allocation.
  • Maintain and update complete customer documentation files.
  • Prepare necessary documentation to meet customer requirements.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolution.
  • Conduct regular market visits to customer offices/plants and submit sales reports.
  • Monitor competitors and customer behavior trends, reporting insights to management.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to increase company sales.

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage customer accounts independently.
  • Market awareness and analytical thinking.
