Iqnaa Real Estate Company announces the availability of a job vacancy for the position of IT Technician, to join the team and support the technical and operational infrastructure of the company.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical support to system and device users within the company.
  • Maintaining computers, printers, networks, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Monitoring attendance and departure systems and their associated devices.
  • Managing user accounts on internal systems (such as ERP / Odoo).
  • Supporting connection operations between different devices and systems.
  • Coordinating with technical service providers when needed.
  • Contributing to improving the efficiency of the IT infrastructure.

Conditions and Requirements:
  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Practical experience of at least one year in technical support.
  • Good knowledge of network systems, devices, and operating systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and user interaction.
