Job Description
We are looking for a full-time receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing an upscale welcoming experience, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience that reflects the identity of LEVAYĀ.

Main Responsibilities
• Welcoming guests in a professional manner that reflects the luxury identity and experience of LEVAYĀ.
• Efficiently managing and organizing the daily appointment schedule to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Full oversight of the appointment system, continuously updating it, and addressing any conflicts or adjustments promptly.
• Monitoring the inventory of products used and updating records and coordinating requests for shortages to ensure they are always available.
• Responding to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and speed.
• Accurately processing payments and managing the point of sale system.
• Continuous coordination with the team to ensure a complete and seamless guest experience.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
