Job Title: Receptionist
Department: Administration / Front Office
Location: Sudher, Riyadh
Reporting To: Office Manager / HR Manager
Job Purpose:
To provide front desk support and act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The receptionist will manage administrative tasks, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when required.
• Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
• Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
• Coordinate with different departments for administrative and communication needs.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and records as required.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure factory access protocols are followed.
• Support HR or Admin department with clerical tasks (*, filing, data entry, photocopying).
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in Administration is a plus.
• 12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or factory setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of factory operations is an advantage.
