Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or similar fields.
- Able to communicate fluently in Arabic; good English proficiency is preferred.
- Experience with ATS and training in interview techniques.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven decision-making capability.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and target retail companies for potential training partnerships.
- Create and present tailored training proposals to clients.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and produce marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with charitable organizations to design impactful CSR training programs.
