He is responsible for the full supervision of the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring the highest quality standards in providing service and food. The main responsibilities include:
• Managing and training the staff and organizing work schedules
• Monitoring the quality of food and service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Managing inventory and monitoring costs and budget
• Ensuring adherence to hygiene and food safety standards
• Dealing with customer complaints and resolving them professionally
• Developing marketing plans and business development
• Preparing periodic reports on the restaurant's performance
It is required to work in one of the branches of McDonald's Saudi Arabia in the central region for a period of not less than two years.
