  • Strong systems exposure with HR platforms such as Oracle, SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, best practice, compliance, payroll systems, and government relations.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with visa/immigration processes and managing employee benefits in KSA is essential.
