Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and strategic partners.
  • Support the development and execution of public relations campaigns.
  • Prepare communication materials in English and Arabic when needed.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports.
  • Support event-related PR activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and handling Press Releases and related PR materials.
  • Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities; fluency in English is required, Arabic preferred.
  • Experience in education, training, or related service sectors is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Work Environment:
Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

This role is vital for providing excellent customer service by establishing and maintaining cordial & professional relationships with colleagues & local officials, and implementing comprehensive public relation awareness programs to internal and external customers.

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, or any related field
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations or administration within a large organization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Strong communication & influencing skills, with a persuasive customer service focus
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset
