Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager (Corporate) to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive corporate business growth in the region.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector in Jeddah and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate and close high-value corporate contracts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications:- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and business landscape.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level corporate clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian business culture and etiquette.
