A car maintenance receptionist is required. It is a department inside auto maintenance workshops and centers where customers are received and services provided to them, including recording vehicle data, noting maintenance requests, inspecting the vehicle, opening work cards, providing cost estimates until invoices are issued, and following up on the workflow with the various maintenance and spare parts departments, and delivering the vehicle after maintenance is completed.
