Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present breakfast and buffet items following Hilton’s high standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas to prevent cross-contamination.
- Ensure quality ingredients are stored correctly and assist in managing food costs.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest queries and maintain positive guest relations.
- Report any maintenance, hygiene, or hazard issues as necessary.
- Adhere to all hotel, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Actively contribute to environmental consciousness.
What We Are Looking For:The ideal candidate will exhibit a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. It’s helpful to have prior kitchen experience and an NVQ Level 2 in a related field. Holding a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is also essential.
